Version 7.3.7
This release introduces a deeper integration with Clio, allowing users to launch Smarter Drafter Pro directly from the context of a Clio matter. This update streamlines the workflow by automatically carrying over Matter IDs to ensure data accuracy. We’ve also added a direct feedback tool for customers and several UI enhancements.
🌟 What’s new:
Launch Smarter Drafter Directly from Clio
We know that every click counts when you’re managing a heavy caseload. Based on feedback, we’ve tightened the bridge between your practice management and your drafting workflow. Starting today, you can launch Smarter Drafter Pro without ever leaving the context of a Matter in Clio.
We’ve introduced Custom Actions within Clio Manage. This integration eliminates the need to manually toggle between tabs and search for the right Matter twice.
-
One-Click Drafting: You’ll now see a "Draft" action (look for the Smarter Drafter icon!) directly within your Matters table view and singular Matter view in Clio.
-
Automatic Context Transfer: Clicking "Draft" opens the Smarter Drafter Form Library in a new tab, automatically carrying the Clio Matter ID over with it.
-
Smart Auto-Population: Once you select your intake or legal form, the Clio Matter ID will be pre-populated, ensuring your data remains synced and accurate from the very first field.
