This release introduces a redesigned end of submission workflow that takes drafters straight to their output — a new confirmation step, a single consolidated review page where files generate live, and integrations that appear only when relevant, with authentication triggered only on click. Other updates include the removal of the Unity Create Enquiry feature, plus a couple of bug fixes.

End of submission workflow enhancement
Finishing a submission has meant too many clicks to reach your documents, then refreshing while you waited for them to generate. And with integrations enabled, you were pushed through pop-up after pop-up - whether you needed the integration or not. We've redesigned the end of submission experience so drafters reach the output they want, faster.
- Confirm before you commit: Clicking Submit form now asks whether you're ready to submit or want to keep editing. Nothing generates until you confirm.
- One consolidated review page: A single, dynamic submission review page replaces the multi-view flow, adapting to your form setup and your firm's integrations. Submission details (with an inline-editable name), files, integrations, and matter records all sit in one place, with persistent navigation at the bottom.
- Files generate live: No more refreshing and waiting - files generate and load live on the review page, with a loading animation, time elapsed count, and a clear failed state with retry if something goes wrong.
- Integrations on your terms: DMS and PMS integrations are grouped into one component, and only the ones relevant to your form and firm appear. Authentication triggers only when you click an integration action, not automatically. Each shows its status clearly, with retry on failure.
Submitting from within iManage gets the same confirmation step and review page, with clear messaging on where your file will land.

Version 7.7.0
This release introduces a redesigned Forms folder view that gives builders a true folder structure, an all-of-tenant table view, bulk actions and CSV export, making forms far easier to organise and assess at scale. It also introduces Form mapping enhancements that surface every mappable field in one place, with inline alias editing, search and completeness at a glance. Other highlights include richer submission webhook data, option set descriptions and a variety of smaller updates.
🌟 What’s new:
Forms folder redesign
Finding and organising forms in Build > Forms and Build > Section Blocks behaved like a flat list, not a real folder structure - with name-only search and no way to move forms in bulk. This redesign fixes that.
You now get a true folder tree with roll-up counts, plus an All Forms table view for searching across the whole tenant. Search matches tags as well as names, tags and richer metadata show in the table, and bulk move, bulk delete and single-form Move replace the one-by-one workflow. A Recent Forms widget surfaces your last four forms, and Export sends the current view to CSV - the fast answer to which forms a legislation change affects.

Mapping enhancements
Mapping only showed fields that already had a field alias, hiding every field without one - so builders couldn't see what still needed mapping or judge overall completeness.
The Mapping tab now lists every mappable field, with aliases editable inline and kept in sync with field properties. A live unmapped count and Show not mapped toggle make gaps obvious, and search across section, field, ID and type keeps large forms manageable. Bulk assign is now one button with assign/unassign options, you can set record types directly from field properties, and file upload fields no longer take an alias since only text and number values are stored.
