User Mapping connects form fields to user profiles in Smarter Drafter so known details, such as name, position, or email, can automatically populate and reduce re-keying. Builders can either manually map specific fields to user profile data or automatically generate all profile fields in a section, with options to adjust formatting, aliases, and requirements. Once applied, the look-up feature lets fillers search for a user, auto-fill known details, and ensures any missing or updated information can be refreshed from the user profile.
