Favourite Forms let you quickly access the forms you use most - right from the dashboard. You can favourite up to 8 forms and launch them to either build or fill, depending on your permissions.
Steps to Resolve / Instructions
Step 1: Locate the Favourites panel on the Dashboard
Your favourites appear on the right side of the Dashboard, under the Favourite Forms heading. You’ll see up to 8 form names, each with icons to either Build or Fill.
Step 2: Add or edit your favourites
Click the Edit button in the Favourites panel to open the favourites manager.
- Forms are organised by folder.
- Select up to 8 forms by ticking the checkbox next to each form name.
- Use the Unfavourite All option to clear your selections if needed.
- Click Save to confirm your updated list.
Step 3: Launch a form
Click the Fill icon to start filling the form.
Click the Build icon to open the form in the builder (available only if you have build permissions).
If the form name is truncated, hover over it to view the full name.
Common Issues & Solutions
Issue: I can’t see the Edit button
Solution: You need permissions to access forms. If you have no access to any forms, the Edit option is hidden.
Issue: I saved a favourite, but it’s not appearing
Solution: The form may have been deleted or your permission to the form is no longer valid.
Issue: A favourite form shows an error when clicked
Solution: The form may have been deleted. Deleted forms are automatically removed from your favourites list.
Issue: One of my Favourite Forms disappeared
Solution: Your access to the form may have changed or the form was removed. It will be automatically dropped from your list.
