How to Relocate a Form to a Different Folder

Instructions

1. Open the Form

Go to Forms and locate the form you want to relocate the form you want to edit.

1. Click on the form to open it.
2. Change the Folder Location
3. Click on the Settings tab.
4. Under Folder Location, choose the new folder or subfolder where you want to move the form.
5. Click Save to confirm the new location.

Common Issues & Solutions

• Issue: You cannot move the form to a new folder.
• Solution: Ensure you have selected a valid folder/subfolder and that the form is not locked or in draft mode.
