How to Edit Form Settings (Description, Time Estimate, Jurisdiction)

Editing form settings allows you to add descriptions, time estimates, and jurisdiction details, providing helpful information to users filling out the form. This guide will show you how to edit these settings.
Instructions
1. Open Form Settings
Go to Forms and select the form you want to edit.
- Ensure you are viewing the unversioned or published version of the form (you cannot access settings in draft mode).
- Click the Settings tab.
- Edit the Settings
- Description: Enter a brief description that will appear in the form list to help users identify the form.
- Long Description: Add more detailed information that will appear when users hover over the tooltip for the form in the list.
- Time Estimate: Enter an estimated time for how long it should take to complete the form.
- Jurisdiction: Select the relevant jurisdiction(s) for which the form is applicable.
- Once the edits are made, click Save to update the form’s settings.
