How to Enable the Actionstep Integration
Learn how to enable the Actionstep integration in Smarter Drafter Pro.
To share matter and contact data between Actionstep and Smarter Drafter Pro, you’ll first need to enable the Actionstep integration. This one-time setup connects your Actionstep account to Smarter Drafter, allowing seamless data mapping between the two platforms.
Instructions

Log in to your Smarter Drafter Pro account with Administrator access.

In the main navigation bar, go to Settings.

From the Settings menu, select Integrations.

Find the Actionstep integration card.

Click Enable Integration.

A pop-up window will appear prompting you to log in to your Actionstep account.

Enter your Actionstep login credentials and grant access to Smarter Drafter when prompted.

Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message that the integration is active.

You can now begin mapping Actionstep fields to your Smarter Drafter Pro forms.
Common Issues & Solutions

Issue: The Actionstep integration option isn’t visible under Settings.

Solution: Make sure your form is published. Integration settings are not available for forms in Draft status.

Issue: The Actionstep login window doesn’t appear.

Solution: Check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings and ensure pop-ups are allowed for Smarter Drafter.
